Section 3 — what the dates mean. BUY BY is the last day a purchase still settles in time to be on the register for a bonus, split or rights record date — one trading day before it, since a trade settles the next day. Opens and LAST DAY to trade are the first and last days a rights entitlement trades; after the last day it lapses, so an entitlement appears twice when both dates are ahead. UNLOCK rows are IPO lock-in tranches coming free, as a share of total listed shares, dated the first day they can be sold. Amounts and dates are as filed or published by the exchange.
